The project was born from the idea of having a flexible element that can be adapted in any context, including through the aggrazione on a structural grid.
the structure of the two types measurement (m) 4,5x10,8x2,86 and 4,5x14,4x2,86 and both modules are arranged in various planes in order to create green areas of common use and a movement to the facade different in each side. the system of water collection and hiving dell'enersia solar, makes the complex independent.
single_house
the project for a single house, comes from the idea to have two space "detached" from the other. these two areas are the master bedroom and the office.
the house is on two levels, the lower one has the entrance hall, marked by a partition that "comes" out of the outer wall, a guest room, a kitchen and a bathroom.
upstairs there is a double height on the entrance hall, and the plan is developed with a bedroom, a bathroom and using a walkway, you enter the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. office is accessed via a small flight of stairs to "isolate" the space. this room features a large glass wall.
