Scilla has always been a crossroads of nautical fundamental interest; in the cultural context of the relationship with the sea it has always been a priority for the local people. the landscape Scilla is one of the first factors to be safeguarded in the identification of an infrastructure to be able to maintain and highlight, this continuity of the landscape. In fact, the purpose of a viewpoint is to see a particular beauty, and with this project, the idea is to use this opportunity by creating two visual telescopes, placed at different heights, which are intended from the context of scilla than strait of messina.
the theme of the project is the construction of a museum, with its external and internal spaces, which should contain, rebuild, documents and materials of various kinds that show the development of the city of messina from its origins to two earthquakes of 1783 and 1908, and then again from the first decades of the last reconstruction until the second world war.
